This course is mainly for individuals who work at workplaces covered by the Construction Projects Regulation.
The Ministry of Labour specifies that those who use any of the following methods of fall protection should complete a Working at Heights course:
• Travel Restraint Systems
• Fall Restricting Systems
• Fall Arrest Systems
• Safety Nets
• Work Belts
• Safety Belts
This training requirement is in addition to existing training requirements for workers who use fall protection systems on construction projects.
Workplace safety should be taken seriously, and we strongly encourage everyone to attend a Working at Heights course even if your workplace is not covered by the Construction Projects Regulation.

Course Outline | This course is a blended-learning program that consists two parts by incorporating online delivery and in-person practical instruction. Part 1 consists an online training session that covers basic theory and safety measures pertaining to working at heights. Part 2 consists in-class training held at our campus locations upon completing Part 1. Students will learn about the different safety equipment and its proper usage through real life examples to gain practical experience. |
Exam | Students will write a certification exam at our location upon completion of the course. |
